What that includes
All of it, at that price. Nothing here is an add-on.
- The assistant on your own WhatsApp number. It answers off your listing book, asks the questions, and books viewings into the diary of the agent who holds the mandate.
- The WhatsApp account, operated by us. Nothing for you to install or sign up for, and no Meta business verification for you to go through. Your agents keep using their own WhatsApp exactly as they do now.
- Loading your stock. From whatever your system exports: a spreadsheet, a CSV or a printed PDF. Your own references are kept, so a buyer quoting the number off an advert reaches the right house.
- A link for every place you advertise. Each one is counted separately, so you can see which adverts get tapped.
- The dashboard. Every lead, the full conversation, what was captured, the audit trail, your agents and your viewings.
- The monthly report. As a PDF and as a spreadsheet.
- All WhatsApp fees. Nothing per message on your invoice.
- Support. And any change to your listings, agents or working hours, for as long as you are with us.
One thing is not included
The prepaid SIM card. It costs about R10 and you buy it in your agency’s name.
That is on purpose. It is what makes the number yours.
And we will set it up with you. You buy the SIM, somebody answers it once for a verification code, and we do the rest.
Leave on 30 days’ notice
Month to month, with no minimum term.
If you go, the number goes with you. Take the SIM, point it wherever you like, and every advert you have ever placed carries on working.
